Reds Treehouse

I can't believe another SunFest has come and gone.  Thanks so much to everyone who stopped by my booth to say hello.  It was great getting to see you all again and to meet some new folks as well.  the weather couldn't have been nicer and the crowds were wonderful.  Thanks and congrats to Pam and Kerri who bought the lamp I nicknamed Big Blue.  I hope it brings you all as much happiness to own as it did me to make it.  It's fun to see something you went out on a limb to make because you liked the idea get such a warm reception from others.  I'm looking forward to being down there again next year adn seeing you all again.

For various reasons I decided this year needed to start wit a new tent...  Pardon me, canopy and displays.  You can see the whole sordid tale of the first assembly of the new, um, canopy (here). Be warned, the page is large so you'll want to grab a coffee or something while it loads.

I'm always working on the schedule.  My next show will be

• On to the Annapolis show June 9th and 10th.  It will be in the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium
• The Las Olas show in Fort Lauderdale in October, the 20th and 21st

Reds Treehouse is located East of Hendersonville, NC in the middle of what is sometimes called "nowhere."  My studio is in my house which is on the side of a ridge along the Hungry River.  Seriously.  Somebody must have forgotten their lunch when they came out fishing one time. Springs is rushing in here at the treehouse. The forsythia is already in bloom and they're talking about 70's later in the week.  Red has been mole chasing again and it's time to start working on the yard to get it ready for summer.  I believe I'll add another waterfall and this time I'll put in in the front yard.
